Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl and mix until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of the pie dish. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown, then cool completely.
- Cream softened butter and brown sugar in another bowl until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla, then beat in the flour until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Spoon the cookie dough mixture into the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over the cookie dough, swirling with a spatula.
- Top with mini marshmallows evenly across the surface.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Cool slightly before slicing.
