- 1 Large Avocado, diced
- 1 Large Tomato, diced
- 1/2 Head Iceberg Lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Sear the Ground Beef: Heat your skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the ground beef, breaking it apart with your spatula. Sear until it’s browned and thoroughly cooked—about 5-7 minutes. Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sautéed ground beef with chopped iceberg lettuce, diced avocado, tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Prepare the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
- Serve: Drizzle the dressing over the beef and vegetable mixture, giving it a good toss to coat everything evenly. Serve immediately in bowls.
