Description

Delightful Smash Burger Bowls filled with seared ground beef, fresh vegetables, creamy avocado, and sharp cheddar cheese for a wholesome meal experience.


Ingredients

  • 500g Ground Beef
  • 1 Large Avocado, diced
  • 1 Large Tomato, diced
  • 1/2 Head Iceberg Lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sear the Ground Beef: Heat your skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the ground beef, breaking it apart with your spatula. Sear until it’s browned and thoroughly cooked—about 5-7 minutes. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sautéed ground beef with chopped iceberg lettuce, diced avocado, tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Prepare the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
  4. Serve: Drizzle the dressing over the beef and vegetable mixture, giving it a good toss to coat everything evenly. Serve immediately in bowls.

Notes
