Ingredients

- 4 strips of bacon, cooked until crispy
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped

Instructions
- Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped lettuce in a large mixing bowl. Gently toss to mix.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until creamy.
- Drizzle the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss everything together gently.
- Serve the salad immediately or refrigerate for later. Toss again before serving if it has been chilled.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute low-fat mayonnaise or Greek yogurt. Consider adding avocado or cucumbers for extra flavor.
