Description

A refreshing salad that combines chicken, crispy bacon, and fresh vegetables in a creamy dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped lettuce in a large mixing bowl. Gently toss to mix.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl until creamy.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss everything together gently.
  4. Serve the salad immediately or refrigerate for later. Toss again before serving if it has been chilled.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute low-fat mayonnaise or Greek yogurt. Consider adding avocado or cucumbers for extra flavor.
