Decadent Samoa-Inspired Bars with a buttery crust, gooey coconut caramel filling, and a rich chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients

- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the flour and salt gradually until well combined.
- Press the cookie dough into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden.
- Combine the shredded coconut and caramel sauce in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through.
- Spread the caramel coconut mixture evenly over the baked crust.
- Melt the milk chocolate chips and drizzle over the top.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week; freeze for longer storage.
