Description

Indulgent brownies layered with caramel, toasted coconut, and chocolate chips, inspired by the classic Samoa cookie.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • Ingredients required for brownie mix (eggs, oil, water)
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix package directions.
  2. In a mixing bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
  3. Stir in the shredded coconut into the brownie mix.
  4. Pour the dense batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake as directed on the package, usually around 20-30 minutes.
  6. Once out of the oven, drizzle the caramel sauce over the brownies.
  7. Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips on top and return it to the oven for an additional 2-5 minutes.
  8. Allow your brownies to cool completely before cutting them into squares.

Notes
