- 1 box brownie mix
- Ingredients required for brownie mix (eggs, oil, water)
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix package directions.
- In a mixing bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
- Stir in the shredded coconut into the brownie mix.
- Pour the dense batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake as directed on the package, usually around 20-30 minutes.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle the caramel sauce over the brownies.
- Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips on top and return it to the oven for an additional 2-5 minutes.
- Allow your brownies to cool completely before cutting them into squares.
Notes
These brownies stay fresh for several days in the fridge. Flavor improves as they meld together.
