Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the flank steak with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the flank steak for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Transfer the steak to a baking dish.
