Description

Instructions

  1. Mix the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, chopped pistachios, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Use a whisk or wooden spoon to gently stir until blended.
  2. Prepare the dough (if using): Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out your biscuit or phyllo dough to about 1/8 inch thickness.
  3. Portion the filling: Scoop a spoonful of the mixture into the center of each rolled dough circle.
  4. Seal the bites: Fold the dough over the filling, creating a half-moon shape and seal the edges firmly.
