Instructions
- Mix the filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, chopped pistachios, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Use a whisk or wooden spoon to gently stir until blended.
- Prepare the dough (if using): Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out your biscuit or phyllo dough to about 1/8 inch thickness.
- Portion the filling: Scoop a spoonful of the mixture into the center of each rolled dough circle.
