- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; set aside.
- Melt the unsalted butter and semi-sweet chocolate together in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Whisk the granulated sugar, eggs, and egg yolk until light and fluffy, then mix in the vanilla.
- Fold the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture until combined.
- Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then gently fold into the chocolate mixture until smooth.
- Spread half of the brownie batter in the pan, then add the peanut butter filling on top, followed by the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
