Description

Deliciously crispy rolls filled with creamy feta cheese and drizzled with a sweet and spicy chili honey.


Ingredients

  • Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • Phyllo Dough, cut into strips
  • Olive Oil
  • Chili Flakes
  • Honey
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Warm the honey and chili flakes in a small saucepan over low heat.
  3. Prepare the phyllo dough by cutting it into strips and layering with olive oil.
  4. Assemble the rolls by placing crumbled feta along the edges, seasoning, and rolling tightly.
  5. Brush the rolls with olive oil and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
  7. Drizzle warm chili honey over the rolls and serve hot.

Notes
