Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Warm the honey and chili flakes in a small saucepan over low heat.
- Prepare the phyllo dough by cutting it into strips and layering with olive oil.
- Assemble the rolls by placing crumbled feta along the edges, seasoning, and rolling tightly.
- Brush the rolls with olive oil and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
- Drizzle warm chili honey over the rolls and serve hot.
