Description

A quick and easy one-pan recipe featuring delicious dumplings, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen dumplings
  • 2 cups of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
  • 2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the frozen dumplings to the skillet and cover. Cook for 8-10 minutes until dumplings are heated through.
  6. Stir in soy sauce and mix well.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to use any frozen dumplings of your choice.
  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
