Description

Delightful, no-bake cookie dough bites capturing the nostalgic flavors of s’mores without a campfire.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add your cookie dough to a large mixing bowl. If using homemade, ensure it’s softened.
  2. Stir in the graham cracker crumbs, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips.
  3. Blend everything using a rubber spatula until evenly mixed.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls, about an inch in diameter.
  5. Place the cookie dough bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for around 10 minutes until firm.

Notes

For additional crunch, roll bites in extra graham cracker crumbs before chilling. Store in an airtight container for about a week.
