- 1 lb chicken breast, diced

Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine, and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken.
- Add the cooked pasta and shredded mozzarella to the skillet, stirring until the cheese melts and clings to the pasta.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary, serve warm, and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
