Description

A delightful concoction of bite-sized sausages simmered in a sweet and tangy sauce, perfect for parties or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound Little Smokies sausages
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In your slow cooker, combine the barbecue sauce, grape jelly, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well blended.
  2. Toss in the Little Smokies, ensuring each one is well coated with the sauce.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and set it on low heat. Let the sausages cook for 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once cooked, stir well and serve them hot in a decorative bowl or directly from the slow cooker.

Notes

Consider preparing the sauce a day in advance. Customize with diced jalapeños or chopped onions for added flavor.
