- 2 cups assorted chopped fresh fruits (berries, bananas, or peaches)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
- Optional: spices or extracts (vanilla, cinnamon, or nutmeg)
Instructions
- Blend Greek yogurt, chopped fresh fruits, and honey until smooth.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary.
- Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds, filling three-quarters full.
- Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until solid.
- Release the bars by running warm water over the molds.

Notes
