Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in honey and milk until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and dried lavender.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring gently until fully incorporated.
- Scoop the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow the cupcakes to cool before frosting with a butter, powdered sugar, honey, and milk mixture.
Notes
