A delicious fusion of Korean bulgogi and classic cheesesteak, featuring tender beef, spicy kimchi, and melted cheese on a toasted hoagie roll.

- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 1 cup bell peppers (any color), sliced
- 4 slices provolone or American cheese
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- Optional: minced garlic and sugar for marinade
Instructions
- Slice the beef, onion, and bell peppers.
- Marinate the beef in soy sauce, sesame oil, and optional ingredients for at least 15 minutes.
- Sauté the onions and bell peppers in vegetable oil until softened.
- Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
- Incorporate the kimchi into the mixture and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Assemble the cheesesteaks on toasted hoagie rolls and top with cheese.
- Melt the cheese in the broiler for 2 minutes.
