A delicious and healthy Keto Cranberry Orange Bread that is perfect for the holiday season or any time of the year.
Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted coconut oil, orange juice, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the cranberry sauce and walnuts if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- This bread can be frozen for up to 3 months.
