- 2 cans of crescent roll dough
- 1 pound ground Italian sausage
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay it in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, pressing the seams together to form a crust.
- Spread the sausage mixture evenly over the crescent roll crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top of the sausage mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
