- 4 medium Ripe Bananas
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 cup Self-Rising Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Oats (Old-Fashioned)
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
- 1 teaspoon Banana Extract (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until creamy.
- Combine the mashed bananas, granulated sugar, milk, and softened butter and whisk until smooth.
- Mix the self-rising flour and banana extract in another bowl, then fold into the wet mixture gently.
- Stir together the light brown sugar, oats, and chopped pecans in another bowl.
- Pour the banana mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and evenly distribute the streusel topping over it.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
