- Meanwhile, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, rice vinegar, sweet relish, sugar, and chili flakes in a mixing bowl for the special sauce.
- Prepare fries according to package instructions until crispy.
- Once fries are cooked, sprinkle cheese over them while hot to melt.
- Assemble the fries on a platter, layering with caramelized onions and drizzling the special sauce on top. Serve immediately.
