  • 2 tablespoons Chipotle Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 2 Pounds Potatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup Smoked Gouda, Shredded
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • Chopped Parsley for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
