Description

Vibrant and nutritious cookies that blend wholesome ingredients with indulgent chocolate for a satisfying treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas until smooth.
  3. Stir in the peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add the rolled oats, baking soda, and salt to the mixture and mix until just incorporated.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are light golden.
  8. Allow to cool and then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes

Make-ahead: Prepare the dough the night before and refrigerate. An air fryer works for cooking as well.
