Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Craft the glaze: In a bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch until smooth.
