Description

Ham, Cheese and Zucchini Pikelets are delicious savory pancakes that combine the flavors of ham, cheese, and zucchini, making them a perfect snack or meal option.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the grated zucchini, diced ham, and shredded cheese.

  5. Fold in the zucchini, ham, and cheese mixture.
  6. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  7. Pour small amounts of the batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
