- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Combine the Greek yogurt and sugar in a large mixing bowl, whisking until smooth.
- Crack in the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, folding gently until just combined.
- If using, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing into squares.
Notes
These brownies can also be made in an air fryer at 320°F (160°C) for 15-20 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream or fresh berries for an enhanced experience.
