Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), and melted coconut oil.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
