Ingredients

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a large bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), and melted coconut oil.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips or nuts to the batter.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- These brownies can be frozen for up to 2 months.
