- 2 slices Bread (sourdough or whole grain)
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Butter (or olive oil)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Let the goat cheese sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- Assemble the Sandwich: Generously spread goat cheese on one side of each slice of bread.
- Drizzle Some Honey: Add a light drizzle of honey on top of the goat cheese on one slice.
- Close the Sandwich: Place the second slice of bread on top, cheese-side down.
- Prepare the Skillet: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
- Cook the Sandwich: Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until golden.
- Finish Cooking: Flip and cook the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes.
