Description

Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia Muffins are a delicious and aromatic treat, perfect for any occasion. These muffins combine the rich flavors of garlic and fresh rosemary, creating a delightful snack or side dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
