Description

A comforting garlic parmesan chicken meatloaf that elevates the classic dish with rich flavors and textures.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl. Gently mix until well incorporated.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
