Description

A savory and comforting Garlic Parmesan Chicken Loaf with a crispy crust and succulent chicken center, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g Chicken breast, chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
  • Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
  2. Combine the chopped chicken, minced garlic, half of the grated Parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and parsley in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan, pressing firmly to hold together.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan over the top.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the loaf.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center reaches 75 °C (165 °F).
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
