- 500 g Chicken breast, chopped
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 100 g Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 Egg
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon Parsley, chopped
- Olive oil, for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
- Combine the chopped chicken, minced garlic, half of the grated Parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and parsley in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan, pressing firmly to hold together.
- Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan over the top.
- Drizzle olive oil over the loaf.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center reaches 75 °C (165 °F).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
