Description

A vibrant medley of fresh fruits paired with crispy tortilla chips, lightly dusted with cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups strawberries, chopped
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 cup pineapple, diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Lime juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush both sides of the flour tortillas lightly with melted butter.
  3. Stack them and cut into triangles, arranging them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle generously over the triangles.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crisp, keeping an eye to avoid burning.
  6. Wash and chop your chosen fruits into small pieces while the chips bake.
  7. In a mixing bowl, gently combine the fruits and add a splash of lime juice if desired.
  8. Serve the chips alongside the colorful fruit salsa on a beautiful platter.

Notes

For a refreshing twist, consider adding mint to the salsa or serve with yogurt.
