Description

A warm and spicy Chicken Ramen featuring creamy broth, tender chicken, and vibrant vegetables, perfect for a cozy meal or dinner party.


Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tbsp chili paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and chili paste, and sear until golden brown.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  6. Meanwhile, cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  7. Once chicken is cooked, stir in heavy cream and soy sauce, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  8. Drain cooked ramen and divide into bowls.
  9. Top with chicken and vegetable mixture and garnish with green onions before serving hot.

Notes

Can substitute chicken with tofu for a vegetarian option or adjust the spice level to your liking.
