- 2 eggs
- 100g breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the English muffins in half and place them on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- Spread Sawmill gravy evenly over the cut muffins.
- Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper in a non-stick pan.
- Scramble the eggs gently over medium heat until just set and tender.
