Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing into a 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate.
- Make the peanut butter filling by blending creamy peanut butter and softened butter, then adding powdered sugar, vanilla, and whipped cream.
- Prepare the ganache by heating chocolate chips, heavy cream, and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Top the pie with chocolate ganache, spreading it evenly, then refrigerate again.
- Serve with whipped cream and toppings as desired.
Notes
Can be made a day in advance. For a firmer slice, ensure adequate refrigeration time.
