Description

A decadent no-bake dessert combining creamy peanut butter and rich chocolate ganache atop a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for ganache)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing into a 9-inch pie plate. Refrigerate.
  2. Make the peanut butter filling by blending creamy peanut butter and softened butter, then adding powdered sugar, vanilla, and whipped cream.
  3. Prepare the ganache by heating chocolate chips, heavy cream, and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  4. Top the pie with chocolate ganache, spreading it evenly, then refrigerate again.
  5. Serve with whipped cream and toppings as desired.

Notes

Can be made a day in advance. For a firmer slice, ensure adequate refrigeration time.
