Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken fillets
  • 2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 leaves fresh lettuce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken fillets with lemon pepper seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat the seasoned chicken in flour, dip in eggs, and cover with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

  6. Mix mayonnaise with lemon juice to make lemon mayo.
