Instructions
- Marinate chicken: Start by marinating your chicken fillets in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat oil: Pour oil into a frying pan and heat over medium until hot (about 350°F).
- Fry chicken: Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture and fry until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes on each side.
- Prepare glaze: Mix honey and chopped jalapenos in a saucepan over low heat until warm.
