Instructions

- Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll each into a thin circle (about 8 inches in diameter).
- Brush each circle with oil, sprinkle with salt, and add chopped scallions.
- Roll each circle into a log, curl into a spiral, then flatten into a patty.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry each pancake until golden brown and crispy (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
