- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced

Instructions
- Prepare the beef: Thinly slice flank steak against the grain into strips about half an inch thick.
- Marinate: In a bowl, mix sliced beef with soy sauce, minced garlic, and ginger. Let this cozy blend sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Prep the coating: In a separate bowl, place cornstarch. After marinating, coat each piece of beef thoroughly.
- Heat the oil in a wok to high heat.
