Delicious Crispy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps featuring tender chicken, crispy bacon, and zesty ranch dressing wrapped in a warm tortilla.

- 3 cups cooked, chopped chicken
- 2 cups lightly packed baby spinach, chopped
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tablespoon dry ranch mix (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese
- 6 burrito-size tortillas (10-inch)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl, mixing chicken, spinach, bacon, ranch dressing, and optional ranch mix.
- Sprinkle 1/4 to 1/3 cup shredded cheese onto each tortilla.
- Spread 1/3 to 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
- Fold one side over the filling, then the other side tightly.
- Preheat a griddle or nonstick skillet to medium heat.
- Spray or brush the seam side of the wraps with oil.
- Cook on the griddle until golden and crisp, about 2-4 minutes each side.
- Serve warm, cut in half to reveal the filling.
Notes
These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
