Description

Delightful crispy salmon bites with a zesty Bang Bang sauce, perfect for appetizers or snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb salmon fillet
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, roughly an inch thick.
  2. Prepare a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.
  3. Season salmon pieces with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge each piece in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with panko, pressing gently.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  6. Fry the salmon bites until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha in a bowl to create the Bang Bang sauce.
  8. Serve hot with sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

You can prep the salmon ahead of time and store in the fridge. Try air-frying or baking as healthier alternatives.
