- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté the garlic and mushrooms in a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil for about 5 minutes.
- Add the spinach and sauté until wilted.
- Combine the sautéed mixture in a baking dish, placing the chicken breasts on top.
- Pour the heavy cream over the chicken, sprinkle with cheese, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) and the cheese is golden.
