- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 ounces spiral pasta
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the spiral pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- Sear the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and let rest.
- Sauté Garlic: In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Make the Sauce: Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine with the garlic. Lower heat and gradually whisk in grated Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Combine: Slice the chicken and return it to the skillet. Add cooked pasta, tossing gently to coat.
- Garnish and Serve: Serve topped with freshly chopped parsley.
