Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the lemon juice and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold one-third of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until incorporated.
- Carefully fold in the remaining whipped cream until no white streaks remain.
- Pour the mixture into your serving dish or divide among individual cups and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Combine blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat and cook until the blueberries burst and thicken slightly.
- Cool the blueberry mixture before spooning it over the chilled cream cheese dessert.
