Ingredients

- 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked imitation crab meat, finely chopped
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- A pinch of salt and black pepper
- Oil for frying
- Optional topping: garlic butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Flatten each biscuit and place about a tablespoon of filling in the center.
- Fold the edges up to enclose the filling, pinch to seal, and flip seam-side down.
- Heat 2 inches of oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
- Fry bombs in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with garlic butter or sweet chili sauce.
Notes
These can be made ahead of time; flavors deepen when refrigerated overnight. Avoid overcrowding in the fryer.
