- 1 cup coconut cream cheese (or regular cream cheese)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan, lining it with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Mix melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
- Combine the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, folding gently until mixed.
- Beat the coconut cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then fold in shredded coconut.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan, smooth it, followed by the coconut cream cheese mixture, and top with remaining brownie batter.
- Swirl the mixture with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Cool before cutting into squares.
