Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the sausage patties over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.

- Toast the sandwich buns in a separate pan with a little butter until golden brown.
