Description

Ingredients

  • 100g desiccated coconut
  • 150g sweetened condensed milk
  • 200g cherries, pitted and chopped
  • 200g dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, mix the biscuit crumbs, desiccated coconut, and sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the base of a lined baking tray to form an even layer.
  4. Spread the chopped cherries over the biscuit base.
  5. Pour the melted dark chocolate over the cherries, spreading it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Cut into slices and serve chilled.
