Description

Fluffy pancakes infused with cinnamon roll flavors, topped with a rich cream cheese glaze for a delightful breakfast experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, vegetable oil, and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Create the Cinnamon Swirl Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted butter.
  4. Heat Your Pan: Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  5. Cook the Pancakes: Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake, adding a small amount of the cinnamon swirl mixture on top.
  6. Flip at the Right Time: Cook until bubbles form on the surface, about 2-3 minutes. Carefully flip your pancakes and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  7. Make the Cream Cheese Glaze: Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter until smooth.
  8. Serve with Flare: Stack the pancakes, drizzle with the cream cheese glaze, and sprinkle with additional cinnamon if desired.

Notes

Make the batter a day ahead and refrigerate. Reheat gently before cooking.
