Instructions
- Prepare the Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar. In another bowl, mix the milk, egg, vegetable oil, and melted butter until well combined.
- Combine Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Create the Cinnamon Swirl Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and melted butter.
- Heat Your Pan: Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
