A luscious Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie with a crumbly Oreo crust and creamy chocolate and peanut butter layers, perfect for any occasion.

- 25 Oreos (whole)
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 6 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup sour cream (room temperature)
- 3.5 ounces chocolate bar (melted)
- 10 ounces cream cheese (room temperature) for peanut butter layer
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the Oreos until they resemble fine crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press into a pie dish and bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, sour cream, and melted chocolate until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and sour cream until smooth. Pour this layer over the chocolate mixture.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form, then spread over the peanut butter layer.
- Chill the pie for at least 6 hours before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, chill overnight before serving. Serve with whipped cream or chocolate sauce if desired.
