- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Lime juice, to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Filling: Heat a tablespoon of oil in your skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, seasoning it with ground coriander, cumin, and garlic powder. Sauté until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Mix in Veggies: In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed chicken with diced bell peppers, onions, and chopped cilantro. Squeeze lime juice for flavor and mix well.
- Assemble the Tacos: Place about a tablespoon of filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold into a taco shape, and pinch to secure.
- Fry the Tacos: Heat oil over medium-high heat. Carefully place the tacos in the oil and fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
- Serve Them Up: Arrange your tacos on a platter and let everyone customize with fresh toppings like salsa and avocado!
Notes
You can bake the wonton tacos for a healthier option. Brush lightly with oil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes.
